About
My name is Molly Eichten. I am a semi-professional baker, a passionate Rubik’s Cuber, a star athlete, and an aspiring designer. I have lived in California for all of my 20 years, and have spent most of that time trying not to get sunburned. I currently live and go to school in San Luis Obispo at Cal Poly, where I study graphic design. When I am not in class designing or drawing, you will probably find me baking cookies (I’m currently on a life-long quest to create the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe), fiddling with a Rubik’s Cube (trying to beat the world record), or running or hiking along one of the many beautiful trails in San Luis Obispo (wearing sunscreen of course).
Art has always been my true love. As a kid I would get lost for hours in my room listening to a Taylor Swift CD while I drew and created and wrote and sang (poorly). Not much has changed since I was a kid, even the Taylor Swift CD. I am a passionate creator, designer, and artist and I hope to share my ideas and art with the world. As I have grown up, I have developed an intense eagerness to learn all that I can about the world. Graphic design is a field that allows me not only to explore my artistic, creative side, but also get involved with companies or projects that I am passionate about. I hope to create beautiful, meaningful work and contribute positively to this world.
